Artist Statement
I’ve always felt I was different, thinking I was one of the few people that really only needed the earth in its purest form. Inner peace, love, and my lust for life are closely connected to one another, and they lead me to moments in time during which feelings of wonder and pure happiness flow seamlessly from one to the other. I’m fascinated by the idea that I can eternalise these moments of wonder, even though nothing in life is permanent on its own. I feel energised by ‘just being’, by just watching and in doing so letting the moment consume me.
